The 3000 plus square foot 3 bedroom cedar home features bluestone sidewalks, covered porches and decks.
Inside the great room features wood beams, cathedral ceilings, fireplace from floor to ceiling and specialty spot lighting.
Log stairs lead you up to the loft and master bedroom suite areas which are highlighted with log handrails and wrought iron spindles & baskets.
The master bedroom suite has it’s own private covered porch, walk in closet with a black & white tiled bath with double pedestal sinks, a large shower and a recessed china cabinet into the wall that is use for linens and such.
But certainly the most fascinating part of this house is it’s GEOTHERMAL HEATING SYSTEM, a water to water system which takes BTUs off the well water and transfers them into the radiant in floor heating system. All without the use of any fossil fuels.
In addition the house is insulated with a soy based foam insulation, windows have a SOLARBAN 60 film, which reflects the heat from the sun in the summer but allows it to warm the home in the winter months.

We would like to Invite you to our
Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting on Wednesday June 20th, 2012 at 5:30 PM located at 384 Morton Hill Rd. in Roscoe NY.
Pat Murtagh Construction is excited to announce the grand opening of our new GREEN model home located at 384 Morton Hill Road in Roscoe .
The ribbon cutting ceremony hosted by the Sullivan County Chamber of Commerce along with the Roscoe Chamber is Wednesday the 20th. of June at 5:30 pm. with refreshments (wine & cheese) served.
We will be starting an ongoing "Open House" beginning on Saturday June 30th from 1PM - 5PM and every Saturday thereafter (1PM - 5PM) and any other time by appointment. Please feel free to contact us at (845) 798 - 7625 to set up your appointment.
